In the Pacific NW, the beach isn’t really much of a beach. It’s wild and rocky and heavily forested. It’s the coast.
It’s also one of my favorite places in the world. The vast majority of the coast line in Oregon and Washington is just…dramatic. The storms. The waves crashing.
I like to venture there at least a couple times a year. A long weekend with leisurely walks and always a trip to the aquarium. Always.
